Q - Returns policy
A - Goods that do not fit or are the wrong colour may be exchanged for goods of a similar value if an exchange is requested within 7 days following delivery. We reserve the right to charge an exchange fee. To arrange an exchange please contact our returns department by email to: allure-lingerie.co.uk@meerkatecommerce.com. The exchange department will consider your request and send you a Returns Authorisation Code, which must be clearly written on the top left hand side of the package being returned. Packages returned requesting an exchange without an authorisation code will be returned and a delivery fee of £3.50 will be charged. Due to our Hygiene Policy all items returned for exchange must be unworn, have all original labeling attached and be in the original packaging.
If you believe that goods we have supplied are faulty, you should return them to us within 14 days with a clear discription of the fault. Our returns department will examine the goods and will inform you of the appropriate resulation. If you request a refund please note that it can only be made to the card which was used to pay for the goods.
